All bookings made with Maria Charles are entering you into a contract with us to the following terms and conditions. A minimum of 72 hours cancellation policy applies. All appointments should be rescheduled or cancelled with in this time frame or prior. Any appointments cancelled after this time will result in a lost deposit. Any appointments cancelled or not attended within 24 hours will result in a minimum of 50% charge to the value of the treatment.
